SHARON DICROSTA, founder and director of the The Dancer's Studio since 1972, has taught dance and related courses throughout the U.S. and Canada. Her experience in dance and theatre is extensive, encompassing a variety of dance disciplines, with training both here and abroad. Sharon's students have participated in dance events nationally and internationally, and may be seen on film, television, stage or in the classroom where many are currenly teaching. Involved in many teaching organizations, Ms. DiCrosta is past president of Dance Masters of America chapter #26 in New York City.

ROSEMARY ESKENAZI is our administrative director, and has been affiliated with The Dancer's Studio for more than fifteen years. Her education in the business field is evident in her ability to juggle the many tasks necessary to keep the studio running smoothly. Phone calls, billing, scheduling, costumes, parent conferences, registrations...you name it...Rose handles the situation with ease and efficiency! No stranger to dance, Rosemary's daughters were both students of The Dancer's Studio and members of the Legacy Dance Team.

SHERI LAROCHE FRYAR has been a familiar face at The Dancer's Studio since 1977. Her early training came from Sharon DiCrosta, and she received her BA in dance in 1993. Sheri has performed extensively with the "Anita Feldman Tap Company" in New York City, the Muhlenburg Summer Theatre, and is a founding member of "Tap Into The Soul", a Connecticut based tap company. Her students and her choreography have earned numerous awards at the local and national levels, and Sheri continues to teach and judge throughout the United States. Sheri's enthusiatic approach to dance has made her popular with both students and staff!

ALICIA MONACO brings her own brand of energy and excitement to The Dancer's Studio! Her early training comes from Sharon DiCrosta, and she continues her studies with New York's best. Cited for her talents at the age of 9 by Gregory Hines, his words of praise continue to motivate Alicia even today. A former Petite Miss Dance of America, she had gone on to win numerous awards in recognition of her performaces and choreography. As a member of the World Tap Dance Champion Team in 96 and 97, she placed 3rd highest among female tap dancers. She is currently on the faculty of the Luis Pabon DAnce Arts Centre in Norwich, and the Dance Slipper in Soutwich, MA.
