OUR STUDENT REVUE... For students at The Dancer's Studio, this is the opportunity to showcase the year's achievements while experiencing the joy and satisfaction of performance. With fabulous music, costumes, props and stage lighting, our revue is a giant extravaganza! Organized and never more than 3 hours long, you, your family and friends will be so proud as you watch your children presented in such a professional manner.

SCHOOL YEAR... Students are guaranteed a total of 30 weeks of class. The season consists of 37 weeks, allowing a two week vacation during the winter holidays, and one week closing in the spring, and the remaining weeks allowing for snow or other closings. During inclement weather, all cancellations or schedule changes are announced on the studio answering machine.

COSTUMES... Costumes are billed at the beginning of the season and are due in full by November 15th. Costumes paid after this date are subject to a $25.00 surcharge per costume. No costumes payments will be accepted after December 1st.

CLASS OBSERVATION... Parents and friends are welcome to view classes via closed circuit TV, or if the classroom door is open.

DRESS CODE...

Male Dancers: Solid white T-shirt; black pants

Female Dancers: Regulation leotard; pink tights for ballet, suntan tights allowed for other classes: tights must be worn under leotard and with feet unless otherwise instructed; appropriate shoes. Regulation pants for tap, jazz and hip-hop may be worn but is not mandatory.

Adults: Comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes

NOTE: No swimwear, skirts, pants, shorts, crop tops or thong leotards allowed. Warmups may only be worn at the discretion of the instructor. Female students must wear their hair up off the face and neck.

TUITION...

• Tuition is divided into nine monthly installments (Sept. through May). Please refer to the inside back cover of your dance payment coupon book for payment schedule.
• Any student with a 45 day balance will be suspended from classes until tuition is current.
• A $20.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.
• A 5% discount is allowed if tuition for the season is paid in full by October 15th.
• Tuition is not refundable.
• The Dancer's Studio accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

REMINDERS...

• Students should arrive on time and dressed in proper dance attire for all classes.
• Students should not arrive more than 15 minutes before class or be picked up later than 15 minutes after class.
• The Dancer's Studio is not responsible for any student who leaves the building before, after or between classes; please instruct your child to remain inside the building.
• Names should be clearly marked in all dance shoes and other equipment. The Dancer's Studio is not responsible for personal belongings.
• No food, gum, candy or drinks (except bottled water) is allowed in the building. This applies to everyone, including parents and younger siblings. Bottled water is available for purchase in the building.
• The Dancer's Studio reserves the right to make schedule changes or cancellations if necessary.
• Chronic absenteeism, tardiness or disruptive behavior will be grounds for dismissal from the school.
